Refunds will be issued once the item has been shipped and received back to us.
 

Shipping

Our shipping charges include shipping, handling, tracking and delivery confirmation (including signature release). Shipping here in Canada is expensive so please note that we charge, on average, 10% less than the actual shipping cost.

Payments
