Fascinating book by a tormented author and more tormented original owner, whose personal library stamp is embossed into some pages.  The original owner appended many pencil underlinings that I have erased to avoid distraction from the text.  Should women have the vote to prove that women shouldn't have the vote?  Free love struck the author and original owner as a good concept.  I scanned a lot of pages to give an indication of the tenor of this work.
