I purchased this many years ago from a lawyer's office in Kent, England, that was closing after over two hundred years in business.  Look at the wonderful wording for the Drapers' Company.  'The brethren and sisters of the guild or fraternity of the Blessed Virgin of the mistery of Drapers in the City of London.' Tear in each page along one seam.  A great frame-able item.
