Fast and Free Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST, Mon–Fri) on the same business day. While we achieve this for the vast majority of orders, same-day dispatch is subject to stock verification, order volume, and carrier pickup schedules and cannot be strictly guaranteed.

Competitive Pricing

We check and adjust our prices regularly to keep them competitive, so you can buy with confidence that you're getting a good deal.

30-Day Returns

Change of mind: You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Faulty or not as described: The unopened condition doesn't apply. Send us a message through eBay and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, whether or not the item has been opened.

Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty & Support

This product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any problem with your item, send us a message through eBay and our team will help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
