Please email all questions about company policies, the item, shipping, or any other policies.
We do not claim to be experts on anything. We will try our best. We research on the internet. We want our buyers to feel confident when making a purchase.
If you, as a buyer, feel that something is wrong, please email us immediately. So that we can discuss what you feel is wrong. We note all flaws, wear, and issues in the descriptions. Please remember that all items are gently used unless stated otherwise. We are not unreasonable. All measurements are approximate and hand-measured.
Purchasing or bidding on our site: When purchasing, buy now; the item is to be paid for immediately, so I may ship. I have a right to relist if it is not paid for then. When you bid on an item, please pay within 3 days; otherwise, it will be relisted. Please examine all the photos as they are a major part of the description. We only surface-wipe our items.
Shipping: We ship out by day 3. We usually ship before then. But sometimes it is not possible. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. If your package is returned to the wrong address, you will be charged for shipping it back. Please note the shipping charge before purchasing or bidding on an item. If you are an occasional buyer, eBay now covers shipping costs. The seller is no longer involved. To save the buyer money, we occasionally use clean recycled boxes. If you are buying items like stemware, they will be double boxed because they are so fragile. That is why the postage may seem a little high.
Returns: The item may be returned within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition that it was sent. The buyer pays the return shipping. When the buyer returns the item at Buy Now or bidding price, you will receive the money back, but not the shipping costs. Rarely do we have a replacement item. Sorry for any inconvenience.
We will offer combined shipping when possible.
