Believed to be made from a George III British silver crown based on the classic Pistrucci St. George and Dragon design. The original date and obverse are no longer visible due to the Victorian enamel decoration, so the attribution cannot be confirmed

It’s 100% antique and it was in my grandmother jewelry case.
