These traditional folk-art figures represent an indigenous man and woman and believed to bring good fortune and happiness. They are hand-carved from solid wood with a rich grain and tone.  There are a few miner scratches (see photos) but no cracks or chips and in very good condition. They were well taken care of! 

Measurements:  12 1/2" high x 5" wide x 3 1/2" deep   

The master craftmanship of the pieces offer a collector of fine Asian art, an opportunity to add these amazing Vintage Japanese folk- art pieces to their collection.
