This item is a reversible, quilted cotton jacket. I don't know if it is manufactured or handmade. It is very well-made, with beautiful stitching and finishing. The jacket is fully reversible, with pockets on both sides. The size appears to be a women's medium. The jacket does not have brand tags or care tags. There are no signs of wear or stains visible to me.  

My home is smoke-free.
