• Items will be shipped in 2 to 3 businesses day of receiving cleared payment.
• Once shipped, shipping times are estimated as follows, UK: 2-4 weeks. Europe: 3-5 weeks, The rest of the world: 3-6 weeks. If you have not received your shipment within 6 weeks ( UK Buyers) or 7 weeks ( EU buyers) from payment, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
  Your item will ususally arrive within the estimated shipping time, however, pls note that there are certain circumstances that we unfortunately cannot control (i.e. weather condition, delay by postal office, local customs, etc)

We use the ebay official authorized Speedpak shipping service. We can also provide express post by EMS(4-15 days) or DHL(4-8 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonalbe shipping fee will be charged

ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOUR EBAY ADDRESS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE POSTAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. UNDELIVERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR SENT AGAIN.

• Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or approve preview. Before to order, please check exactly what is your phone model. Please inspect preview carefully if you were sent one.
• We accept products back if something is broken or missed within 30 days after payment has been received. a. The product must be in its original packaging; b. Unused and in its original condition; c. The product is personalised where a change of mind return is not available. If these requirements will be met we will issue full refund. If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns. 
• Buyers accept the responsibility to pay for return freight for any reasons. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case. Any items returned without a name, address, eBay ID or RMA number cannot be refunded or exchanged. So please do remember to contact us for a return address and a RMA number.
• We are not responsible if the buyer orderd the wrong model or offered a wrong shipping address. & We will charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items and reserve the right to charge the postage of the replacement.
