" Rick Griffin ' Aoxomoxoa ' Album / Poster Art Design !! for the November 22, 1985 ( 11/22/1985 ) Kaiser Show in Oakland, California ( CA ) !! - on the '85 Fall Tour !!! ... " Twenty Years So Far !!! ".  Oh my Grateful Dead !!?  Holy Rick Griffin !!?!!  An Unbelievable !! Backstage Pass here Dead Fans ! ... and then some - seriously.  ' Might As Well ' get to the point here - with this Orange - White & Black striped Beauty !  Everyone has their own opinion - and Beauty ! is always in the " Eye of the Beholder " - but to my eye ?  You really can't beat Rick Griffin ! - when it comes to the Artform of the " Grateful Dead Backstage !! ".  You recognize this design image / portion - I'm sure from the Legendary ! G.D. Poster & the G.D. Aoxomoxoa Album Cover too ... but, have you seen it on a G.D. Pass ?  Dang, and as for Musically ?  Wow as for this 11/22/85 Show - the ' Final-Night ' of 3-Show stand at the Kaiser - was chocked-full ! of " G.D. Magic !!! " - with Pure 1985 Passion - Fire & Attack !!  Big chunks of G.D. Goodness on this fine night - for certain ... Bucket > Sugaree ! - Minglewood > Althea - and Cassidy > Dupree's > Let It Grow !!!  And that's just the 1st Set !  And set II ?  Musically ?!  Down, dirty, and to the point ... in '85 Style ! & Fashion !! >>> Touch > Estimated > Eyes > Drums / Space > Morning Dew > Throwing Stones > Lovelight !!! - with a Brokedown Palace Encore ! to close-up this Oakland stand.  A Beyond ! solid Show - considering that the night before happened to be Serious G.D. Folklore !!!  As that is the night that the Boys delivered a " Big Boy Pete !!! " to Open the Show !?!?!!  And, a Smoker ! of a version - at that.  And then Set II opened with a Red-Hot Shakedown ! - the Playin' was delivered in the ' split ' intro / reprise format - with a beautiful She Belongs To Me - and Smoldering ! Other One !! in between that ' Cosmic ' sandwich !!  Then ... here exactly was how things close-up this night, to really Any ! Dead Fan's sheer delight ! >>> Playin' > Gimmie Some Lovin' > Midnight Hour !!!  And then too ... believe it, or not ... a ' Walkin' The Dog ' Encore !!!!!  Dang is-right ...  One of my Ol' Buddy's caught this run - and went backstage too ! - and to this very-day ... I think I'm still ! a bit jealous of that incredible life accomplishment !?!  Ha !  Just kidding ... I'm not really jealous - just really-really Proud ! of Him.  What a Powerful !! G.D. run here Fans ... and all I can say is - Get !! ' these ' Tapes !!!  And trust-me ... Your-Nak ! will be Super-Grateful !!!  Ha !!  So-Classic ...  Enjoy !!!!!
