It features a Intel Extreme Edition i7 running eight (8) Logical Processors/CPUs simultaneously via Intel Hyper-Threading Technology up to 3.5GHz via Intel TurboBoost Technology built-in; and, 16GB of fast PC3 DDR3 RAM for efficient and smooth multitasking. The laptop has a dedicated nVIDIA NVS 4200M GPU with 1GB VRAM for handling graphics-intensive tasks. Windows 7, 10 or 11 Professional are available and activated with a digital license.  You must choose which operating system you’d like or it will come with Windows 10 Pro.  Windows 7 will be activated with a COA and 10 or 11 with a digital license.  Microsoft support for Windows 7 has ended so choose 7 only if you know the risks and intend on applying third party security patches yourself. Windows 10 and 11 are supported by Microsoft and continue to receive updates.

We use only the best heat conduction medium in our refurbishment process. For example, we use either Coollaboratory Liquid Pro heat conduction medium. It is 100% liquid metal alloy. Thermal Conductivity is 82.0 W/(m*K). "This is the grandfather of liquid metal compounds, and it still holds the record for thermal conductivity." Tom's Hardware 2020.  Because the following are also in the same and sometimes better ranking than Liquid Pro, we use: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, Noctua NT-H1 or Arctic MX-4 depending on several factors.

SHIPPING:

We DO ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally via eBay’s Global Shipping Program only, but in such cases the laptop will ship with no battery.  By purchasing with this stipulation, you agree that you will not be receiving a battery. Lithium Ion batteries are listed as hazardous cargo and cannot be shipped by air; it will be stopped at customs and returned to us.  It will of course take much longer for you to receive your item if not purchased within the contiguous 48 states.  Within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S., your item will ship via USPS Priority Mail/by air.

We pay for USPS Priority Shipping to you for free with tracking, fully insured for the price you paid and with signature confirmation upon delivery required (This is to make sure you and only you or your designated representative sign for and receive the laptop.  Also, for this reason, please make arrangements for an appropriate person to sign for the item upon delivery if you cannot sign for it yourself). If you need it faster or shipping by another carrier, message us before purchase for another shipping option or choose USPS Priority Express which we make available.  Finally, we have up to five business days to ship the laptop following the day we receive payment for the purposes of pulling the item from the warehouse, running prudent and final diagnostic procedures, performing a final cleaning and sanitizing procedure and packing and shipment to the carrier for mailing.

RETURNS:

Return shipping is paid by us.  Take care of the item you purchase and (I can’t overstate this enough) if you must return it, return shipping should be 1) secure (as in a stout cardboard box not easily crushed or dented), 2) well insulated from damage (e.g., Bubble wrap, not toilet paper; or Styrofoam, not paper towels), and 3) insured for its full value with tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery. USPS Priority provides all but the insulation needed.
