Warranty Policy
- There is a 6-month warranty for all network hardware, unless otherwise stated.
- Software present on network hardware (particularly Cisco hardware) does not come with a manufacturer's licence. Please contact the manufacturer for licensing requirements prior to use of any hardware listed on this listing.
- Returns for exchange are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within the following periods: defective/wrong items within the warranty period; non-defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt (20% restocking fee will be charged).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not refund shipping costs.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition.
