*Important and Required* Please discuss shipping with me. I will not ship the book until we have discussed shipping. This book will require a signature at delivery.  If you want insurance on the shipping I need to know because the shipping price will change.  Shipping is set for UPS Ground. Post office automatically insures $100 and will only insure more by paying more for up to $5000 coverage.  UPS automatically insures $100 and will insure more if pay for it.  Just please let me know so that I can get a quote and collect the proper funds for that.
