Beautiful solid oak gateleg dining table, professionally upcycled to give a traditional piece of furniture a fresh, contemporary look.
The solid oak top has been stripped/refinished to bring out the lovely natural grain and warm character of the wood, while the base and traditional barley-twist legs have been painted in a soft sage green.
The clever gateleg/drop-leaf design makes this a really versatile table. With the leaves folded down it takes up very little room and works perfectly as a console or occasional table. Both leaves can then be raised to create a good-sized dining table.
A lovely solid, characterful piece of furniture rather than modern flat-pack, with plenty of life left in it.
