My item has not arrived;

Our standard service is an untracked service, we can only see when items have been delivered. We will ask you to confirm the correct address and the date of the celebration so that we can investigate, we can not declare the package lost until 10 working days have passed so will be unable to action any refunds until then.

I have received a faulty or incorrect item;

In the unlikely event this happens, we will always replace or refund depending on preference, just send us over a photo of the issue and we will see what we can do.

Can you change the design;

We are happy to make minor adjustments to our personalised items but I am afraid at present the standard games are fixed templates, we can not currently personalise these.
