Night Three ( 3 ) !!! of the 3-Show run at the Philly Spectrum ! on the Massive !! Grateful Dead 1989 Fall Tour !!!  Wow !!!!!

Deadheads !!!  Offered here is a Very-Rare ! " Piece of the Action ! " from the Grateful Dead's  Monumental ! " 1989 Fall Tour " !!!  We all know about the Historic !! " Warlocks " Stealth-Shows ! at the Hampton Coliseum to kick off the '89 Fall East Coast Tour, and at that point it was almost obvious that this was going to be a power-packed Tour - considering that we were witnessing the long-awaited " Returns " of Help On The Way > Slipknot ! > Franklin's Tower - Attics Of My Life - We Bid You Goodnight --- and Dark Star !!!  This was a Huge 6-City Tour, consisting of 14-Shows in VA - NJ - PA - NC, and Miami - even including a quick-stop on The David Letterman Show at NBC Studios on 10/13 to play " Second That Emotion " live for the Nation !  But probably even more importantly - well, at least ' equally ' important -- the Band was performing at a blistering-hot level, were all on the same page nightly - and were pushing the musical boundaries once again.  Long-time Tour-Veterans were walking out of shows on this tour nightly, and making that " Ultimate " claim ... " Man, that might be the  Best-Show ! I've ever seen !?! ".  Fact is, Garcia was on a true-comeback mission during this Tour, which really started a bit in the Spring, and boiled-over into Summer '89.  And of course, you know how the Boys all feel about playing in Philly - inside the Good Ol' Spectrum.  Bringing the Heat !! is a natural responsibility, and basically a requirement - with any sort of an off-night being truly unacceptable.  In fact, some feel the Philly Help > Slip ! might have been the Hottest & best-delivered ' overall ' of the initial " Return " versions.  If you made any of this run, then you should take a quick second now & give yourself a pat on the back - because you indeed saw some Absolutely-Glorious ! Grateful Dead Rock 'n Roll History !!  So, from me to you ... here's your memento !  The Very-Rare !!!  " G.D. ' Bertha ' Square !! " Philly Spectrum '89 Pass !!!!!
