Shipping Policy: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We declare the full value on customs forms.
• We accept Payoneer only.
• We will ship the item 10 business days after your payment clears.
• We send products by Air small packet, FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post.
• We attach a tracking number. Please bid without worrying.
• Shipping is available Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because the post office is closed.
• Shipping is only available to the address registered in Payoneer.
• Please note that any address not registered in Payoneer is not acceptable to ship. Please verify your details before purchase.
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us. We have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt. All returned items must be in original condition. Please contact us first for return instructions before you ship it back. The postage of the returned goods is the buyer's responsibility.
