A Charming 'Size Small' Traditionally Handmade in Cornwall Natural Willow 'Withy' Cornish Lobster Pot / Crab Pot.

Beautifully handmade to order SMALL SIZED Cornish lobster pot / crab pot.

Crafted by hand the willow is bent, plaited and formed into the withy pot and designed to funnel the crab/lobster inside it. A dyeing old aged tradition that can be dated back 400 years with very few craftsman left that can create these basket type traps.

The pot would make a lovely feature in a home inspired by coastal decor or in the garden as a decorative feature, they are still made and used in this form around Cornish fishing villages today.
