This forms part of a group of clothing which belonged to an Arthur Allardice (1882 -1969).  He apparently worked at Glamis castle, home of the Late Queen Mother, and served during WW1 in the 8th battalion of the Gordon Highlanders, when he was awarded the 1915 star, war and victory medals.
