This kindle, in my opinion, is faulty !!

No matter what I do, I cannot seem to make it past that screen.

I've tried resetting it, holding the power button even one minute, I've tried different kinds of cables, different plugs wattage,I left it overnight to charge, nothing happening.

It will stay forever on that screen, when the cable is inserted, it looks like it's charging but nothing happening.

It does have scratches around, you'll receive just the kindle by itself, nothing else.

This is listed and sold at parts and repair and no returns are accepted as no further testing can be done and I've stated the issue.
