Good used condition. This is a pretty big set with over 750 pieces. Structurally complete with manual and minifigures. This is only missing a magenta book with a sticker and an orange basketball. I am still going through parts, so if I find them I will update.

The manuals are in bad condition due to being written in. Some missing parts were previously circled, but those parts were added. The inventory page is badly marked. Photos are shown.

Ships unassembled in a bubble mailer. There are separate bags for each section. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
