Here is a Pete's easy ale tap handle that 9 and 1/4 in from where it threads on to the top.

I couldn't find any other easy ale tap handles, so maybe this is a rarity.  Not in bad shape. A couple of the sides have a little staining on it and it looks like maybe some water underneath the sticker but it'll still be just fine.
