Very unusual heavy brass Great Lakes type shipping cargo ship. Possibly made as a paperweight as it measures 8 5/8” inches long and stands 3 3/4” inches tall at the mast.

Heavy and thick for its size - an example in vintage brass I’ve never seen before.
