Mint  un-inked condition. Matt Black body with Black end piece and section, gold clip and trim.  Cap band is stamped "Parker Rialto Made in UK".  Date mark is U.III for Q1 of 2001. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. The nib is a medium gold plated stainless steel in perfect un-inked condition.  The pen can use cartridges or the ink converter filler which is fitted. Not tested as I do not want to dirty it.  No box.
