Authentic Soviet-era porcelain figurine from the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (Leningrad / LFZ), designed by sculptor Sof’ia Borisovna Velikhova (1904–1994) with painting by Elizaveta Nikolaevna Lupanova. Produced circa 1949–early 1950s.

The piece depicts a young Red Army soldier in khaki uniform with purple shoulder boards, red star on his side-cap (budenovka-style), and black boots. He is seated on a grassy tree stump, playing a blue-and-red accordion, mouth open as if singing. Hand-painted details include the accordion’s gold buttons and decorative scrolls, facial features, and green/gray accents on the base. Glossy glazed finish.

Markings (underside): Blue overglaze factory mark (LFZ/Lomonosov style), handwritten “5” (or similar model/grade number), and “CCCP” (USSR). Small firing hole present.
