With its rich, full-bodied flavor, this hot pot broth (hot pot base/soup) series is delicious
not only for the main course but also for the final rice dish that wraps up the meal.
Packaged in single-serving portions, this concentrated broth can be used to suit any number of people,
from solo meals to family gatherings. Made primarily from roasted flying fish,
this hot pot broth combines seven types of dashi—including dried sardines,
bonito, mackerel, chicken bones, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp—to create a light yet rich,
refined flavor. For the final course, we recommend agodashi chazuke (rice topped with dashi broth)
made with rice. This is a revamped version of the “Konabecchi” product.
The package contains four single-serving sachets.
