With the publisher’s scarce advertising leaflet loosely inserted.

The front cover design is by Limerick-born artist and illustrator, Elinor Darwin (née Monsell), and it depicts Queen Maeve and her Irish wolfhound in perfect harmony with the Irish Revival which the image often represented.
