Really beautiful antique horse face skirt from mid-19th century China

Comprised of a red silk gauze with multicolored trim and embroidery

The two long panels of embroidery at the front and back faces are done in counted stitch embroidery

As is condition, as you can see there are some scattered stains, and the blue trim is splitting in many spots

This is an antique item, and as with any antique item it has imperfections. I have attempted to list them all here, however, please treat this item with the care you would treat something 100+ years old. If you wish for an item that behaves like new, please go buy something new instead.
