These are brand new factory sealed items that come from a smoke free home. The boxes have damage as shown and some of the K-Cups are dented but no holes or cracks in them.

K-Cups remain safe to use for months or even years past their "best by" date, provided the pod's foil seal is intact. However, the coffee will lose its peak flavor and aroma within 3 to 12 months after the printed date, gradually tasting flat or stale.
