About Our Plants
This plant will be shipped bare root, without pot or growing medium. The roots will be cleaned and air-dried for 3–5 days before dispatch to prevent rot during transit.
Plant Appearance Note
To protect plants from damage during transit, we may trim vines or leaves appropriately based on their condition before shipment.
It is normal for plants to experience temporary environmental shock after delivery. Minor yellowing leaves, leaf drop or dried roots are all common stress responses and nothing to worry about. New roots and foliage will regrow once you pot them properly later.
The plant you receive may differ slightly from the photos in shape and color. Leaf wrinkling, slight yellowing and color fading are normal during transit. Just place it in a sunny and well-ventilated area for regular care, and it will soon return to its original condition.
Premium After-sales Service
We take full responsibility for after-sales support. If the plants arrive damaged or dead during transit, we will resend the goods free of charge or issue a full refund for you.
In case the package is detained by customs or lost in delivery, we will bear all relevant losses. You can choose either a reshipment or a full refund.

Customs policies differ from country to country. Import-related charges such as customs duties and VAT may occur during customs clearance, which shall be paid by the buyer. We recommend you consult your domestic customs authority for the exact tax amount.
