Why will the alarm not stop when I press the buttons?

If the alarm won't stop when you press a button, the key lock may be on. Hold HOUR + MINUTE together for 5 seconds until the lock symbol disappears, then press any button to stop the alarm.

Why does the alarm sound at the wrong time (AM instead of PM, or vice versa)?

• First check the clock is set correctly. Look on the left of the display: An “A” means morning (AM) A “P” means afternoon/evening (PM)
• If the clock is correct, check each alarm to make sure the right AM or PM setting was chosen.
• If it’s wrong, hold down the MODE button and adjust the clock or alarm time by pressing the HOUR button until the correct “A” (AM) or “P” (PM) is displayed.

How do I set the time on the Timer?:

1) Check there is a clock symbol in the top right hand corner. If there isn’t press the MODE button until you see the clock in the top right hand corner.

2) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing.

3) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select the correct time.

4) Press the MODE button and the time is now set

How do I change the Timer to the 12 hour clock?

1) Check there is a clock symbol in the top right hand corner. If there isn’t press the MODE button until you see the clock in the top right hand corner.

2) Press the HOUR button and the time will switch from 24 hour to 12 hour clock

3) If it is in the morning you will see an "a" in the left hand corner and a “p” in the afternoon.

How do I set the first alarm for 8:00 am?

To set the first alarm to 8:00am:

1) Press the MODE button until you only see the bell with the number 1 on it.

2) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing.

3) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select 8:00

4) Press the MODE button and the first alarm is now set for 8:00am
