Vintage 1984 Playskool / Child Guidance "Talk N Play" electronic learning system (console only). This is the player unit — it uses the special Talk N Play book-and-cassette sets (sold separately).

 

UNTESTED / AS-IS: I do not have the power adapter to test it, so it is sold as untested. IMPORTANT: the battery compartment has corrosion — rust-colored residue and corroded metal contacts from old leaked batteries (see photos). It may need the contacts cleaned and may not work; please buy as a for-parts/repair or display piece unless you are comfortable cleaning battery corrosion.

 

Outer case shows cosmetic wear (light scuffs, some tape residue, general age). Runs on an AC adapter or batteries (neither included). From a smoke-free home. Carefully packed.
