This is a very nice quality, totally unused vintage French pure linen sheet.  A smaller size, suitable for a single or small double bed.  Or a really good size to use as a curtain which would be very pretty.

The return features finely worked ladder decoration framing a monogram of the letters AB.  Everything stitched by hand, of course, and to the highest standards.  When the linen was cut from the bolt the shop assistant wrote the name of the customer on the corner of the linen; it's still there which is a charming detail.

A classy piece, unused and waiting to shine. These linen sheets from between the wars are such excellent quality - real heirloom pieces to be treasured.  But also to be used, this fabric will last for decades.

An unused piece that has never been laundered. The linen is a traditional unbleached pale creamy beige which will lighten with laundering.   Colour is more yellow than the photos show but that will go as the sheet is washed leaving a pale creamy oatmeal.

Minimal pale marks.  No damage or wear, it is in excellent condition.
