CONDITION:

Good used vintage condition overall.

The molded handle has scattered scratches, scuffs, pale marks, finish loss,

edge wear and small surface abrasions. A small pit or hole is visible along

one side of the handle. Molded seam lines are visible. The exposed metal shaft

has oxidation, discoloration and wear, particularly near the end.

The tool appears structurally intact in the photographs, but it has not been

tested on a casket or compatible mechanism and is not guaranteed operational.

The original cardboard box has age-toning, spotting, soiling, edge wear,

corner wear, creases, minor crushing and storage marks. A strip of old clear

tape is present across the center of the box lid. The printed Monogard and

Batesville branding remains clear and readable.
