This is a little different than a lot of the Gold Collection kits as it comes in a "Gift Bag".  The bag isn't in perfect shape zoom in for details.  Very acceptable and strong, lots of colour no rips or tears, has 3 staple marks along the top it looks like they line up with the product itself and were stapled together at one time.  Again a few small blemishes zoom in for details. 
  The product itself has three staples along the top that were from where it was attached to the bag.  If you check out the 8th picture it has a small tear, I'll cover that with a tiny piece of tape before shipping.  Product is still factory sealed.  All info is in the pictures if any other are needed no problem ask away, as well as questions.  If you have read this far you know you are looking at the "Cadillac" of cross stitch kits.  If you live in Canada we ship with Canada Post, you pay the taxes, Postage, that's it.
 Overseas we use the Ebay shipping Hub. When you purchase our item Ebay will be double checking your order then guide you through the rest
  If you are in the United States we use UPS. Once it goes over the border you may receive a "Ground Service Charge".  This is a private charge by the company to you. We have no way of knowing if you will be charged or what it will be, again please contact UPS before purchasing. 
  Again if you are located in the United States there may be a US Tariff Charge. This again is a private charge by the US government it is nothing to do with our store. It's a US tariff fee we have no way of knowing if it will be applied or what it will be. 
  Before the US tariff we used Canada Post for everything. We are part of the Ebay shipping program and UPS is our only option now. Canada Post requires tariff fees be paid up front so they opted out of the program. 
  Other option for US customers is when you pay go to the "Ebay International Shipping Hub. They will take care of everything so there are no surprises later. Also double check your item before it crosses the line. 
Bottom line we want you to lover our product and nothing worse than a "surprise" fee.  I hope this helps
