Beautiful marble blue Dinkie Pen by Conway Stewart, type 550. It has a 14K gold nib and comes in its original box. There is a very small chip above the lever. The lever does not pull up fully as the ink sac inside has likely hardened over time, and will need removing and replacing before use. The pen measures 10.5cm long.
