Vintage Tiara International Halloween sweater vest is in very good condition. It features appliqués of pumpkins, a skeleton, a ghost, the letters HALLOWEEN, etc. The back of the sweater also features an appliquéd pumpkin. The bottom of the vest is trimmed in spider webbed stitching. The buttons all feature a smiley face. Very cute!!
