The Simpsons Game Xbox 360 - Disc Near Mint, Tested & Complete with Manual - PAL

Game Complete Containing:-
Really great condition overall, well looked after and from a Smoke Free Home. Comes complete with Game Disc, Manual, Leaflet, Cover & Box. The Disc is Near Mint with only a few very tiny/light marks but tested and works great as you can see. The Manual & Leaflet are both very good with no rips/tears etc, but are creased a bit. The Manual has a small fold on the bottom right corner too (see the last pictures). The Inlet/Cover & Box are all in great overall condition with no rips/folds/tears etc but there is a pre-owned sticker on the back bottom right of the Cover/Inlet (see last pictures) and looks great! Please see the pictures for close ups. Will be dispatched on the same day if paid before 2.15pm!
