Shipping

* We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

* If your order is placed before 15:00 BST (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day.

* We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

* For international shipment, we do not cover any import taxes or duties. Import tax is charged by the government, not us. Our item price and shipping cost do not include any import tax which will be charged by the shipping company when you got the parcel. Please be noted that is not the extra shipping fee.

Return Policy

Britain First Auto is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees! Free return!

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Contact us via eBay message to receive your return authorization number. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label in all cases.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact Britain First Auto as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.

i. We use eBay's Safe and Secure Checkout. Just click the Pay Now button at the top of any of the auctions you have won.

ii. To pay for multiple auctions, successfully win all auctions you wish to purchase and then click the Pay Now button on any of the listings you won. You will only have to checkout and pay once for your entire order.
