On July 23rd, 2026, one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “Armenian Heritage. Kapan - CIS Youth Capital” has been put into circulation.

The postage stamp with the nominal value of 320 AMD depicts the urban environment of Kapan, as well as children playing football and young people walking, against the background of the snow-capped Mount Khustup.

The right part of the postage stamp depicts the logotype of “Kapan - CIS Youth Capital” and the bottom of the postage stamp depicts the inscription “KAPAN - CIS YOUTH CAPITAL” in English language.

By the decision of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, Kapan has been declared as the CIS Youth Capital for 2026.
