Fair to good condition - minor corner peels and edge wear plus light creases on the upper back cover. Front right edge has a missing 1/2" square piece with an extending 2" tear and crease to the left. Spine has small tears at the top and bottom. Inside pages are securely bound and intact aside from a narrow cutout at the bottom of page 135 (see photo). Unused order form pages are still attached.
