All items are thoroughly documented prior to shipment. This includes recording serial numbers, internal identifiers, and the application of tamper-evident security labels. In addition, items may be marked with invisible UV identifiers for verification purposes.

We DO NOT sell parts for trial and error and would much rather see to it that you receive the proper part you need to repair your appliance the first time around.

Any attempt to return a different item, alter components, remove or tamper with security labels, or otherwise manipulate the product will be documented and reported. Returns are only accepted if the item is received in the exact same condition as originally shipped.

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity and will escalate verified cases through eBay and appropriate channels. Evidence including photos, serial verification, and shipping records will be provided during any dispute.
