High quality Silit enameled casserole / roasting dish. Made in Germany. The color is the highly desirable “Crazy Yellow”, a brightly colored yellow with a bit of orange. This does not come with the lid.

The dish is made of Silargan, a unique high tech functional ceramic developed by Silit in Germany. The surface is non-porous, nickel-free, extremely scratch resistant and non- abrasive, making it highly valued for healthy and authentic flavored cooking.

The piece measures about 15.5” wide, 9” wide and 4” high.

Condition is very good. - it is preowned so there are a few scattered marks and so forth, but nothing too bad and overall it is in very good condition.

Yellow enamel on the outside, black on the interior and mottled blue/ black on the bottom. The bottom reads “ Silit Silargan Made in Germany and it also indicates that the piece can be used with all types of stove and in ovens.
