Near mint external cosmetic condition with just a few very light age related handling marks (see photos).  Black body and frosted steel cap with chrome clip and trim.  Perfect white dot.  Cap is stamped "Sheaffer Made in USA".   Clip is properly aligned and a firm fit.  The nib is a stainless steel short Triumph and looks to be in perfect physical condition.  No size marked but it writes like a broad. The pen is a touchdown filler. The plunger operates properly and the pen filled when water tested.   Dip tested and it writes nicely (see photo of writing sample).  No box.
