It relates to the said messuage or tenement with the appurtenances and the outhouses gardens there to belonging situate lying and being in the Abbey Foregate near the Abbey Church in the Town of Shrewsbury in the County of Salop, in consideration of the sum of £36.

The document with age related folds and creases, soiled, toned and with dust soiling, fully legible, complete with embossed paper seal and signed.
