Vellum manuscript indenture [Feoffment] dated 6th January 1675 and between John Crosley of Oswaldtwistle in the County of Lancaster [Yeoman] and William Rishton of Jackhouse within Oswaldtwistle in the said County [Gentleman of the one part and Thomas Anisworth of Knuzden within Oswaldtwistle in the said County [Yeoman] of the other part.

It relates to that messuage and tenement with the appurtenances and those closes and parcels of land situate lying and being at Littlemoor, Oswaldtwistle in the County of Lancaster, in consideration of the sum of £1800.

The document with age related folds and creasing, small old liquid stains in places to the folds which are now crinkly, patches of soiling, lacking the wax seals but signed.

Measurements are 55 cm x 37 cm.
