Vintage Alfred Harald Schneider (AHS) 10 oz hammered metal hip flask, marked “TIN-LINED / 10 OZ / AHS / U.S. ZONE / MADE IN GERMANY.” The U.S. Zone marking dates the piece to the post-WWII American occupation period in Germany. Features a distinctive curved form with hammered/textured finish and a blank rectangular monogram cartouche on the front.

Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with considerable age-related surface wear, including scratches, tarnish, oxidation, spotting, discoloration and finish wear throughout, as clearly shown in the photos. The screw cap twists on securely. The retaining clasp/keeper does not hold the cap in place when the cap is unscrewed. Interior condition and liquid-tightness have not been tested.
