Bronze or Similar Sculpture of Hooded Figure Unsigned 9.5kg

This is a very interesting sculpture.

I bought it many years ago.   Its unsigned, and I've been sitting on it ever since, thinking I'd one day figure out who the artist was.

After a while it ended up in my storeroom.   I've decided to take it out, and put it here.     If anyone recognizes the artist, please share it with me.

Not including the wood stand, its about 11 1/2 inches tall.  

Its very heavy, at just under 21 pounds or about 9.5 kg.

Its in very good condition as shown.

Made of metal, with a green patina.     Its too hard to be lead, and not magnetic.   I think its bronze or a similar alloy.
