Signed lower left by the artist, and dated 1977.

The subject is the Northern Lights over a lake at night.

It was exhibited at the McMichael Canadian Collection in Ontario (where the group of seven collection is housed), from May 2 until August 13 1978

Canadian listed artist.    He is very well known for his limited edition prints.   His originals rarely come on the market.

The painting is acrylic paint on board.    The board is about 15 x 20 inches.

The frame is about 18 1/4 x 23 1/4 inches.

The painting is in very good condition.    The frame may have minor marks/dings.
