It has had light use over time and is in very good working order. It comes with instructions for use and product information.
There is a water line mark in the water tank and has some light scratches to some of the stainless steel but nothing serious at all. I haven’t tried to remove the water mark and it may be removable. It’s a good looking coffee machine as the photos show.
